If you buy this set, it's probably for Chrysalis or Shining. You can buy Cadance more cheaply with Applejack or Twilight. Shining is available in the Wedding Castle set. Lyra was available in the royal wedding brushables.
Chrysalis uses the standard large alicorn mould, so she's the same as Celestia and Nightmare. She even has their shoes. This makes her almost cute, but I'm biased to alicorns. To be honest, she's a bit hit and miss. Some parts are done well - she has the correct eyes, the saddle(?) and her wings are well designed. Her mane is done in a unique way; split into three parts. The holes are painted on. One of the more disappointing aspects is her crown - it's just a piece of paper. Brushables of the other princesses include a plastic crown that clips on, so would it have been difficult to make one for Chrysalis?

Fun fact: on the back of the box is a small purple circle that contains the pony's name. In place of Ditsy's name is a picture of a muffin. I guess some names are unprintable...
(... But why is Ditsy associated with muffins?)
